    General shipping information

    To keep the shipping costs as low as possible, we have one shipping day per week. We will send every order within 5 business days after receiving the payment. We ship everything by Austrian Post. In the EU it takes about 2-10 business days, overseas probably up to 2-3 weeks. You will receive an Email, as soon as your package has been shipped. 

    Important note:

    Should the assigned transport company return the goods to the Seller, because delivery to the Client was not possible, the Client bears the costs for the unsuccessful dispatch. This shall not apply if the delivery cannot be made due to circumstances beyond the Client's control or if he has been temporarily impeded to receive the offered service, unless the Seller has notified the Client for a reasonable time in advance about the service. 

    International buyers are responsible for any and all customs charges, taxes and additional postal fees.

    Collection, processing and transfer of personal data

     

     1. Personal data will only be collected by us, if you submit them of your own accord for the purpose of processing the contract. The personal data submitted by you, on this occasion, will only be used for processing the contract and your enquiries.

     2. When processing the contract, we only pass on your data to the shipping company entrusted with the delivery, to the extent     necessary for the delivery of the order. 

     3. After complete contract arrangement, your data will be blocked according to tax and commercial law retention periods and will be deleted upon expiry of these periods, unless you have expressly consented to the further use of your data.    

     4. You are entitled, free of charge, to information about your stored data. You are entitled as well to correction, refusal of access or deletion of your data. For questions about the collection, processing and use of your personal data please contact us free of charge.
